Very cool my friend!!! I just finished one Boris Karloff movie this week, this PF looks like him alot. The hands of my, what amazing job they did!

  8. RobotOnLine

This is one of Sideshows early pieces, it may not be up to the same finish as say thye new Indy PF but it’s still a great figure.

do you know if their is a previous release of Frankenstein’s Monster on the PF line ?

  10. RobotOnLine

Yes there is an earlier version where both arms are by his side, long sold out I would imagine.

what is the name of that sing >>?

  12. RobotOnLine

The song is called Ghost Town by the Specials.
The track was originally released back in 1981, it’s quite a well known song here in the UK

I don´t like the pose. I find it awful in itself. This figure is a complement for The Bride´s figure, it only makes sense if you have both of them. However, the pose is so unnatural in itself, I cannot understand how they made it like that. I also don´t like the head sculpt. It does not catch the Monster´s soul, especially at certain angles. At that scale, they could have pulled out a much better sculpt IMHO. The figure of the Bride, on the other hand, is far better.

Sólo compró esta pieza porque iba muy barato, yo podría recoger la “novia de Frankenstein” fondos de pensiones más adelante si se va para el precio justo.
    Gracias por su honesta opinión.

very nice – boris karloff is obviously the classic frankenstein! I personally am a huge fan of Mary Shelleys Frankenstein BOTH the Book & the Movie – even though the movie strayed from the book it was still outstanding – Kenneth Branagh was a tour de force as both director & Victor & DeNiro (say no more) fantastic – so I would love to see PFs based on their characters:) but he is still great!

    nice review!

awesome detail on the eyes..the eyelids are spot on for boris. i love the leaning forward pose to. good choice in audio track to lol. i have subbed 5/5

  24. RobotOnLine

Well I’m a fan of the Specials, my era you see :-)
I might consider the Bride to go with him a bit later on, I think it looks more complete with them together.
    Cheers.

My era to “rude boy” lol…that would be neat to see the bride with him. hope to see the video of that. I like the silver screen frankenstein although seeing this colour one now makes me tempted to get it. shame the face was not more flesh and brown but its excellent anyways. thanks for comments i appreciate them. have great weekend.
